What does the role expect of me?

Moments of uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity are the uncomfortable leadership moments, and what you signed up for.

The discomfort of not knowing.

Hosted by David Murdoch, Wealth Activist at Paxton Bridge, and Cameron Schwab, respected CEO coach and author, this invitation-only workshop is your opportunity to reflect, recalibrate, and refocus on leadership where it matters most — your business and your family.

In the workshop…

Cameron and David share honest, disarming and personal accounts of the deep challenges of senior leadership, navigating change and building trust in teams, organisations and families.

Sharing high-performance frameworks, Wealth Activism models and leadership habits that sit at the core of leadership both within a family and in an organisation.

‘In the Arena’ is a holistic leadership playbook.

This forum has been curated to ensure that it leverages the insights and experiences of fellow leaders, allowing for meaningful connections to be established. For this reason, we restrict the attendance at the event to 12 leaders as we believe this number works best in terms of establishing connection.
