CEO Roundtable

In the Arena

Leadership finds you wherever you are, but never leaves you where it found you

Being the CEO can be lonely, but it doesn't mean you have to be alone.

Join a roundtable of 12 CEOs sharing insights on navigating uncertainty and making high-stakes decisions that shape organisations.

What does the role expect of me?

Moments of uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity are the uncomfortable leadership moments, and what you signed up for.

The discomfort of not knowing.

These are the times when leadership is most needed, your leadership, and in fact, if not for these conditions, you may well be doing someone else’s job for them.

Learning how to be comfortable with the discomfort of the role.

“You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn how to surf”, said Jon Kabat Zinn, perhaps my favourite ever leadership quote.

This is an invitation-only event for CEOs and equivalents.

During the Leadership Roundtable, I will share an honest, disarming and personal account of the deep challenges of senior leadership, navigating change and building trust in teams and organisations.

Sharing high-performance frameworks and leadership habits that sit at the core of leadership.

In the Arena, is a leadership playbook.

We believe you will get a lot from the session and meet some wonderful people in a unique environment at Eclat in Hawthorn East.

We have carefully curated this forum to ensure that it leverages the insights and experiences of fellow leaders, allowing for meaningful connections to be established. For this reason, we restrict the attendance at the event to 12 leaders as we believe this number works best in terms of establishing connection.

Feel free to contact me at any time if you'd like to discuss this further.

It would be great to see you.

Play On!
